A NEW controversial Victoria’s Secret sexy ad has been slammed for promoting bad body image.
The clip shows several thin women in the high-end lingerie brand with the tagline ‘The Perfect Body’.

The controversial video has since been removed from the internet after the backlash forced the label to take it down.
The ads have also sparked the #iamperfect social media campaign and a Change.org petition asking Victoria’s Secret to apologise.

But images of the campaign with the tagline is still available to view online. The pictures have a striking resemblance to Dove’s Real Beauty campaign.

The ad shows Angels Behati Prinsloo, Lily Aldridge and Jasmine Tookes in the new underwear range.
The brand is known for employing thin-framed models such as Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima and Erin Heatherton.
Celebrities have also hit back at the label claiming that the women in the ad looked “malnourished.”

Christian Jessen said the campaign made him feel uncomfortable after airing his concern on Twitter.
“The new Victoria’s Secret ad makes me uncomfortable. Perfect body? They look seriously malnourished to me!” he wrote online.
