The blonde beauty has called him “someone special” but admits that it’s early days
Britney Spears has bagged herself a new boyfriend, and it’s Charlie Ebersol, who the pop babe describes as “someone special”.
The Toxic hitmaker, who split up with David Lucado earlier this year, has confirmed that there is a new man on the scene.
“Yes there is a special someone,” the 32-year-old told E! News at Britney Day in Las Vegas this week.
When asked if there were any more details about this new man, she said: “It’s very new.”
Earlier this week, a source told E! News that the couple are “very happy and having fun” together after meeting through friends.
"He is the sweetest guy ever and they are very much enjoying getting to know one another," the insider said.

Just last month Britney gushed about what would make a perfect first date for her, she told the website: "The perfect first date is going to the beach and having a picnic and going home and watching a really cool movie and then a great first kiss.”
In the past, the 31-year-old has been romantically linked to Sophia Bush and Maria Sharapova, while the Womanizer songstress split from David Lucado two months ago.
While on stage in Las Vegas, she reportedly said: "By now, everyone knows that my boyfriend cheated on me."
Britney started dating Lucado last year shortly after she ended her engagement to Jason Trawick.
The pop babe, who has two children with ex-hubby Kevin Federline – nine-year-old Preston and eight-year-old Jayden – was also married for just 55 hours to Jason Alexander.
