Now that is beautiful! Since the August birth of her baby girl Summer Rain, Christina Aguilera has been keeping a low profile, spending time with her newborn, her fiancé Matt Rutler, and her son Max, 6. But on Sunday, Nov. 9, the pop diva, 33, made her first official appearance at The Breakthrough Prize Awards, performing her hit 2002 single “Beautiful” for the audience.
The show airs Saturday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. ET on the Science Channel and the Discovery Channel, but here’s a clip of Aguilera’s stunning performance. Earlier in the evening she hit the carpet in a striking long-sleeve red gown with her fiancé by her side.

The “Fighter” singer, who recently signed on to season 8 of The Voice, has clearly slimmed down since giving birth this summer, looking fit and healthy throughout her performance.
Seth MacFarlane hosted the event, which was founded by Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg and brought scientists and celebrities together to raise millions for top scientists. Other stars in attendance were Kate Beckinsale, Benedict Cumberbatch, Cameron Diaz, Jon Hamm, and Eddie Redmayne.
