The "Miss You Much" singer, who secretly wed billionaire Wissam Al Mana in 2012, wore a modest all-black long-sleeved ensemble for the event.

Jackson swept her super-long auburn hair into a high ponytail, which made her fierce cheekbones pop even more.

Jackson's makeup artist, Preston Meneses, provided a close-up shot of the singer's striking makeup look, revealing an intricate henna design on her fingers. "Such a wonderful time here in #Dubai with my sis :) painted by me," he captioned the picture via Instagram.
Jackson's public appearance was right on time, as her fellow pop-icon Beyonce coincidentally dressed up like her for Halloween. The "Flawless” singer, 33, dug into Jackson's Rhythm Nation archives for an all-black inspired look, with her daughter Blue Ivy dressing up as Michael Jackson in red sequined band jacket and black pants.
