The 32-year-old actress has been missing for almost two weeks
Police searching for the missing Django Unchained actress Misty Upham have found a body.
The 32-year-old Native American actress was reported missing by her family on October 6, a day after they told police she was suicidal.
Auburn police said they found a woman's body in a ravine near the White River in Washington state on Thursday.
Items including Ms Upham's purse were found nearby.
Officials are waiting for the medical examiner to make a positive identification and determine the cause of death.
A family friend found the body while a group of friends and family were searching in the area.
Her father, Charles Upham, told KIRO-FM his daughter was upset and erratic and had stopped taking medication for anxiety and bipolar disorder.
The family said Misty Upham had moved to the Seattle area to help care for her father, who is recovering from a stroke.
She had been staying on the Muckleshoot reservation.
Misty Upham was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for her supporting role in the 2008 crime drama, "Frozen River."
She was also praised for her performance in the Meryl Streep drama 'August: Osage County' in 2013.
