The singer-producer just gave MTV presenter Laura Whitmore a scare as he lifted up his kilt in front of millions of viwers
Redfoo just gave us all a bit of a scare when he pretended to flash just about everything on the red carpet.
Embracing the Scottish tradition by wearing a kilt, MTV gave viewers the chance to vote for what the rapper should wear underneath it.
And apparently 75% voted for 'commando'.
"And that's exactly what I'm going to do," he cried before lifting up his kilt for the whole world to see.
Luckily, MTV blurred the whole thing out, and after a bit of digging Mirror Celebs discovered that he WAS wearing underwear - but that didn't stop our - or Laura Whitmore's - mouth dropping open in horror as she desperately pushed the camera away.
And although it turns out it may just have been a stunt, he had us fooled - a least for a few seconds anyway.
Redfoo presented last year's awards, hosted in Amsterdam, so he's a MTV EMA veteran - sort of.
It's bound to be the first of many shocking/surprising moments tonight as the MTV EMAs gets underway in the SSE Hydro in Glasgow.
Nicki Minaj is hosting tonight's show and it's a busy one - with a whopping 17 awards to hand out.
Ariana Grande is up for six awards while Katy Perry pips her to the post with seven nominations.
