Prize for 2 adults (aged 18/over) is 7-nights at Magdelana Grand Hotel, sharing a Deluxe Ocean Front Room with full buffet breakfast. Includes economy class return flights with Monarch Airlines from winner’s nearest major airport (subject to availability) to Tobago, return airport transfers, 30kgs checked and 5kgs hand luggage allowance.
Prize must be booked within 60 days of competition closing date and return travel completed by April 30, 2014. All dates subject to availability at the time of booking. Peak date exclusions apply. Once a booking has been accepted and confirmed no amendments will be permitted. The prize does not include any food or drink beyond that stated in the prize, travel insurance, personal expenditure, hotel extras or any incidental (winner’s cost and responsibility).
Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other inclusive holiday, special offer or other promotion, is non-transferable and there are no whole/part cash alternatives. Winner can (at their own cost) choose to upgrade to full board or all inclusive basis with Golden Holidays at the time of booking.
Both winner and guest must depart and return to the same UK airport and hold current passports with min 6-months validity after date of return to UK. It is winner’s responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance, vaccinations and visas. Named winner must travel and may be required to participate in publicity.
Golden Holidays reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value (or any element thereof) if it cannot be fulfilled due to reasons of Force Majeure. For the purposes of these terms Force Majeure will mean delays outside the reasonable control of the affected party including, without limitation, those caused by events of third party default (except those of Universals Prize Fulfilment Agency), accidents, riots, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, floods, fire, war, terrorism, civil unrest, acts of god, governmental action or proceeding, injunction, inability to obtain materials, transportation or power.
