The former Celebrity Big Brother star took to social media to share a sexy behind the scenes snap from an upcoming shoot on Wednesday.
In the revealing photo the brunette star comes dangerously close to flashing a lot more flesh (if that's possible) than she probably bargained for.
With her bouncy blow-dried hair falling over her left shoulder, Casey leaves very little to the imagination in the lacy black crossover bra.
It's not clear what the shoot was for, but we wouldn't be surprised if she turns up on the cover of a lads' mag soon...
Casey's fleshy display comes after she was showing off more of her fab figure at a festive launch in London.
The glamour model was turning heads in a silver sleeveless dress and black knee high boots.
