DAVID Schwimmer is going from Ross to Robert, lining up to play the late Kardashian patriarch Rob Kardashian Sr. in a new miniseries.
The former Friends star will play Kris Jenner’s late ex-husband in American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson.
The 10-episode project will chronicle Simpson’s 1995 murder trial for the death of his wife Nicole Simpson Brown, in which Kardashian Sr. acted as his attorney.

According to an FX press release, “the miniseries takes a look at the O.J. Simpson trial told from the perspective of the lawyers that explores the chaotic behind-the-scenes dealings and manoeuvring on both sides of the court.” In addition, it will examine how “a combination of prosecution confidence, defence wiliness, and the LAPD’s history with the city’s African American community gave a jury what it needed: reasonable doubt.”

Kardashian Sr. died at the age of 59 in September 2003 after battling esophageal cancer. He and Jenner had split two years prior after 13 years of marriage and the birth of their four children Kourtney, Kim, Khloe.
Cuba Gooding Jr will star as O.J Simpson.
