Miley Cyrus' outfit at the 2014 amfAR L.A. Inspiration Gala on Wednesday, Oct. 29, in Hollywood, surely must have broken a few laws. The newest spokesperson for MAC Cosmetics Viva Glam, 21, showed her goods in a scandalous getup by Tom Ford that left little to the imagination.

Cyrus went braless in a black gown, featuring a sheer top with a crisscross band design, which her cleavage clung to for dear life. She paired the look with black patent pumps with a gold metallic heel, also by Tom Ford. The ensemble is part of the designer's Spring/Summer 2015 collection, and just one of the more risqué looks to hit the black carpet.

"I feel like every girl is trying to have a beauty shot and prove that they're 'fashion.' But I can be in white leggings and a white sports bra and I'm on a whole other level of sh-t that those girls don't even get yet because they don't know how to do it." Cyrus' Viva Glam cohort, Rihanna, also hit the carpet in a scandalous style. The "Diamonds” singer, 26, wore a chalk silk jersey floor length gown with a metallic flower-embroidered bust and pink mirror sandals from the Spring/Summer 2015 Tom Ford collection, and Platinum by Neil Lane jewelry. Of course the statement-maker of the gown were the bedazzled pink pasties, that left her fellow red carpet goers mesmerized.
