Cindy Crawford undoubtedly passed her supermodel genes to daughter Kaia Gerber, and she is rightfully proud of it. Crawford, 48, shared a side-by-side headshot with her stunning offspring — and rising model — via Instagram on Friday, Nov. 21.

Crawford's vintage image was pulled from a 1988 cover of Lei magazine, while Kaia's photo appears in the December 2014 issue of Teen Vogue, where she spoke on her mother’s influence.

"She knows so much about it,” Gerber, 13, told the magazine. "I think it would be hard for her to be on set and not say things like, 'Psst, Kaia, put your elbow up.'"
