Stepping out for her first event since her full-frontal Paper magazine shoot hit the web on Nov. 11, Kardashian, 34, worked head-to-toe nude in West Hollywood on Thursday, Nov. 13.

Even her beauty look boasted nude! The mom to North West, 16 months, modeled barely bronzed cheeks and gloss with just the slightest hint of pink on her famous face.
As soon as the full-frontal and butt-baring images hit the web, the Internet (as predicted) reacted with a flurry of opinions—and spoofs. Chelsea Handler posted her own bare-bottomed picture to Instagram, while Rosie O'Donnell declared on The View, "If I looked like Kim Kardashian, I would be naked in the frozen foods section of the A&P."

Not that Kardashian cared! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star told her 21 million Instagram followers that she was proud of the images. "Paper Magazine new cover alert! - such a honor to work with the legendary Jean-Paul Goude!!!! Shot this in Paris. Can't wait for you to see the the whole issue," she captioned a shot of the mag's winter 2014 cover.
