Bethenny Frankel deserted the freezing temps in New York City in favor of some quality beach time in Miami with her boyfriend Michael "Mac” Cerussi III on Wednesday, Dec. 31. Set to return to The Real Housewives of New York City for the seventh season, the reality star, 44, displayed her amazing body in a sexy green bikini on New Year's Eve.

"NYE day & I'm exactly where I want to be with exactly who I want to be with," she tweeted on Dec. 31, hinting that all is well in paradise. Frankel was spotting hugging her muscular beau as they put on a show of PDA while in the ocean.

Frankel, who is currently embroiled in a nasty divorce with ex Jason Hoppy, first introduced the world to her new guy in Miami last year on New Year's Day.

She shared her thoughts about her marital woes to Us Weekly in November 2013. "Divorces are like ice cream, there are a lot of different flavors," she said. "I honestly did not have any idea how difficult in the very least it can be."
