IT appears there is no holding back for the minds behind the new James Bond film Spectre.
After trawling through multiple countries to find the best location, the creators settled on the Austrian mountains.
Production designer Dennis Gassner said he and director Sam Mendes wanted to make this film bigger than its predecessor Skyfall.
“So far it’s been a good start and we are going to continue the history of the Bond films in making things that are exciting to look at,” he said.
“What could be more exciting than being on top of the world?”
Production manager Martin Joy said filming technical action sequences in such a remote location with unpredictable weather was no easy feat.
“It’s a real challenge to be up here but the pay-off is stunning scenery and an incredible location,” he said.
The difficulties have done little to shake the confidence of Mendes who has rolled out world-class equipment for the shoot.
Fans are able to get a glimpse of the technology used in a freshly released behind-the-scenes clip taken on set.
From dolly tracks on the side of the mountains to fixed cameras on helicopters and cars, the 24th film in the Bond franchise promises to be the best yet.
There is also footage of Daniel Craig engaging in hand to hand a combat and shooting a gun high in the Austrian mountains which is every bit as awesome as it sounds.
Starring alongside Craig for the film will be Léa Seydoux, Dave Bautista, Monica Bellucci and Christoph Waltz.
Spectre is set to be released 9 November.
