CHANNEL 7 has unveiled two of the teams set to fight it out on My Kitchen Rules in 2015.
Seven has just launched its first on-air promo for next year’s series of the hit reality show and it has a ‘country v city’ and ‘bogans v toffs’ theme.
The promo comes as Seven continues to stick by the show’s co-host Pete Evans despite his outspoken backing of the controversial paleo diet.
The diet, nicknamed the caveman diet, calls on people to avoid dairy products, grains, legumes, processed oils and refined sugar.
Those ingredients are all likely to pop up in meals cooked up by My Kitchen Rules contestants and tasted by Evans.

Seven’s promo starts with country women Jac and Shaz. The pair are born and bred in the Queensland mining town of Mt Isa.
“We’ve entered My Kitchen Rules to put Mt Isa on the map,” Jac says in Seven’s on-air promo.
Shaz is a kitchen appliance demonstrator and the promo makes a lot of her ear-piercing laugh.
“I’m really loud,” Shaz admits.

Victoria’s Ash and Camilla are presented as a starkly different pair to Jac and Shaz.
The best friends from Melbourne love everything French and their instant restaurant appears to be called Dans La Maison.
“I think it’s about time somebody brought some class to this competition,” Ash says.
“Our social calendar is absolutely brimming. One half of the year it is polo. The second half it is the races.”
Camilla adds: “We usually go to the Members. It is a bit exclusive.”
The promo plays up Ash’s wide-eyed look whenever she tastes, or hears, something she doesn’t like.
Advertisers at Seven’s 2015 upfront presentation on Wednesday were shown a third pair of My Kitchen Rules contestants — a father, originally from Texas, and his daughter.
Evans was also featured throughout Seven’s My Kitchen Rules 2015 presentation and appears to have an unchanged and undiminished role on the show.
Seven management has acknowledged that they have spoken to Evans about his outspoken comments on the paleo diet.
