The 36-year-old babe headed to Craig's Restaurant in West Hollywood for a bite to eat and accessorised her outfit with a black fur jacket, black chain bag and a pair of pointed stiletto heels.
She wore her brunette hair in a sleek 'do and added a pop of bright red lipstick to glam up her outfit even more.
The gorgeous Honolulu beauty, who has been in London spending time with her boyfriend Lewis Hamilton recently, seemed pleased to be back in Amercia as she headed to the restaurant alone.
She flashed the cameras as grin, after someone appeared to make her laugh, and looked stunning as she strode along the pavement.
Nicole was able to let her hair down ahead of weeks of hard work as she prepares to star in the West End show Cats, playing the role of Grizabella.
It has also been reported the former X Factor judge will make a return to the show to perform on November 16 during the Sunday results programme.
She is likely to be singing her new track Run, which is out on December 15, taken from her latest album Big Fat Lie.
Speaking about her new record, Nicole told Reveal magazine: "This album is about me revealing some of my personal struggles and facing them head on.
"Once you realise something is a lie you are on your way to the truth, where you will find your own clarity, peace and acceptance."
