The footage to accompany the singer's new track is incredibly hard-hitting, but of course it still features a dose of sex appeal too
Nicole Scherzinger has teased fans with a sneak-peak of her new music video.
The footage, which accompanies the track Run, shows the sultry singer as she writhes on the floor wearing a small black dress.
And while the scenes are incredibly emotional and hard-hitting, the songstress still manages to bring an air of sex appeal to the dramatic clip.
The 36-year-old released the shots to E! news only days before the full video is due to go live and explained the meaning behind the song.
She told the entertainment outlet: "The song is called Run basically encouraging people to run from whatever fears are holding them back.
"We all have our own stuff - people, relationships, ourselves, the stuff inside of our mind - that hold us back and make us feel small, make us feel less than, that we can't do it, that we're less then."
She added: "It's running from that and running to something bigger and more positive."
Unfortunately the former X Factor judge didn't give out any clues as to who the song is about meaning we can only guess who inspired it.
However we can surely rule out her boyfriend Lewis Hamilton after the American gushed about how excited she is to move to London to be closer to him.
The F1 driver lives in Monaco but the former Pussycat Doll is very close to his family who live less than 30 miles away in Hertfordshire.
Nicole explained: “I have been in the same relationship for several years now and it's hard making it long distance.
“So, I'm looking forward to making it all work. I'm excited.”
