In a tribute to late comedian and huge San Francisco Giants fan Robin Williams, his son was given the honour of throwing the first pitch to Billy Crystal at game five of the World Series.

ONE of the final films Robin Williams worked on before his untimely death earlier this year may never be seen by audiences, according to reports.
Boulevard tells the tale of a gay man who only comes to terms with his sexuality later in life and starred Williams in the lead role.
But the Mirror quotes a source close to the project as saying it’s unlikely the movie will ever hit the big screen.

“It’s really sad but it is looking impossible that Boulevard will ever see the light of day now,” the film source told the newspaper.

“It has proved to be a struggle for it to find the support it needs to be released. The cast have tried, as have the crew. But for many reasons it is looking very unlikely.”

An early cut was shown at New York’s Tribeca Film Festival before Williams’ death and received a warm response from critics.

In it, Williams portrays the character of Nolan Mack alongside actress Kathy Baker, who plays his wife Joy.
Nolan struggles with his sexuality and seeks out a male prostitute, who he develops feelings for.

Two other movies that Williams was involved with will be released later this year, beginning with A Merry Friggin’ Christmas in November and A Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb in December.
