Ed Sheeran was looking...different tonight after he appeared on The Jonathan Ross Show.
The Grammy nominated singer channelled his love for pugs with a rather interesting accessory.
It's definitely not how we're used to seeing the red-haired singer, and we're not sure we like this new Ed - but he had former EastEnders Barbara Windsor in stitches.
Ed appeared on the show to talk about and perform his latest single Photograph.
The Thinking Out Loud singer was seen on the X Factor this weekend after performing a duet with the show's winner Ben Haenow.
The 23-year-old has had a hugely successful year after releasing his second studio album X.
After a sell out tour and more dates added next year for Wembley Stadium, Ed can now add a Grammy nomination and a BBC Music Award to his list of achievements.
And after being the most searched for male celebrity on Google (ahead of Jay Z and One Direction's Harry Styles no less), you would have had to be living under a rock to miss just how successful Ed has become.
He's also been melting hearts with his super-adorable acts of kindness throughout the year including accepting a marriage proposal from a terminally ill fan and standing up for Sam Smith after the singer received hate tweets from cruel trolls.
Reading his pal's tweets, Ed replied with a photo of a computer nerd sat with huge glasses on, and wrote: "@samsmithworld I'm willing to bet that they are under 12, live in the middle of nowhere, and look like this."
He then went one step further and added a snap of a huge naked man sat at the computer, and added: "or this."
So sweet.
