The former EastEnders actress was seen in Brentwood laden with bags but says she was not shopping
Danniella Westbrook has denied that she was out on a shopping spree earlier today after she was pictured with bags in Brentwood.
The blonde actress, was seen with her ex-fiance Tom Richards and her teenage daughter Jody Jenkins, and carried several bags as they enjoyed their day out.
Last week the actress cried on national television as she revealed that she was homeless and broke and caused outrage with the latest pictures.
“I wasn’t shopping as you know! Now I’m taking Abuse 4 taking my kid out,” she tweeted on Thursday night.
In Danniella’s emotional interview on This Morning, she revealed that she was concerned that her teen daughter would be taken from her by social services as she claimed that people had called to report her to them but now has denied that her child has been removed from her care.
“my daughter is on a sleep over I have not given her away & she is not being taken off me ! Stop with this slander #enough,” she tweeted.

It looked like Danniella Westbrook has managed to turn things around as she was spotted out with her ex fiancé in Essex.
After declaring she was single, broke and of course homeless, the 41-year-old appeared to be spending cash after reuniting her former fiancé, who she acrimoniously split from in November of this year.
It seems the couple may be giving things another go as Tom’s Twitter bio describes him as ‘all round good boyfriend of DW’.
The pair were joined by Danniella’s daughter Jody, who was treated to something from Joey Essex’s store Fusey.
Her rather upbeat demeanour was in stark contrast to just the week before when she emotional opened up about her very difficult year, which has seen her being forced to live in sheltered accommodation after losing her home.
After she revealed on Twitter that she homeless, the former EastEnders actress appeared on This Morning and said she's had to get her meals from food banks or been accepting food donations from friends.
She had a panto job lined up for later this month, but it fell through as a result of her relapse.
Recent reports suggest she is in the running to appear on the upcoming series of Celebrity Big Brother, which she denied on Twitter today.

When asked how she was coping with money, she replied: "I get a small amount of money every few weeks from my daughter's dad for her, and I've been really lucky with friends of mine who have surprised me with food deliveries, and I have been to food banks because I haven't had any money. It's been very difficult."
Talking about someone selling a story on her - the reason why she tweeted about her situation so they wouldn't make money from the magazine deal - she said: "I can't deal with this anymore. There's only so much I can take.
"It's pushed me really close to the edge in the last few weeks. I've had people call up social services for me to say my children shouldn't be with me because I'm in sheltered accommodation and they should take my kids off me.
"That's pushed me close to the edge because if I lose my kids, it's not worth it."
Danniella said the troubles started after she split from her husband in January and admitted she has herself to blame for being an addict.
She continued: "Being a drug addict you do bring it on yourself because you've always had a relationship with drugs before you've had a relationship with anything else. I did relapse earlier this year and I admit that, but I was clean for 13 years before that and life was pretty steady and standard.
"I thought that nearly losing my life was the worst point of my life, but I think this year has to be the worst year I've ever had in my life just losing one thing after another after another."
The actress was forced to move into the temporary accommodation while she waits for local authority assistance to obtain a property as she can no longer afford to live in her house in Kent, South East England.
"Two of my friends who have lost homes and have gone into sheltered accommodation put me onto my local council and they got us into somewhere in two weeks in sheltered accommodation, which is like a bed sit, which is where we are now," she explained.
She also opened up about how her daughter has been the adult in the situation, always reminding her to stay positive.

Yesterday the actress made the shocking revelation she was homeless via Twitter in order to stop someone selling the information to a magazine.
She wrote: “It's been a tuff year for me &its with great regret I have 2 admit , I've lost my home an I'm living in sheltered housing waiting 2b housed.”
The star who split from husband Kevin Jenkins after 12 years of marriage in January has an 18-year-old son, Kai, with former partner Robert Fernandez and a 13-year-old daughter, Jody, with Kevin.

She also posted: "I have the love of my kids & afew good friends (sic)."
The actress - who underwent two stints in rehab in 2000 to treat cocaine addiction - has faced a challenging year since splitting from Kevin.
She is said to have pawned her wedding rings after running out of money and confessed she had relapsed and started using cocaine again in October after suffering a miscarriage over the summer.
Danniella also fell victim to a string of robberies at her former home in Essex and feared her car had been stolen during the third break in before discovering it had being repossessed over missing payments.
