Still getting saved by that bell! When the cast of the beloved 1990s sitcom Saved by the Bell reunited earlier this month, it was just as much fun for the stars as it was for fans.
"It was so exciting to see everyone again," actress Elizabeth Berkley spilled on The Meredith Vieira Show on Friday, Feb. 27. "We're all friends in real life... but we hadn't seen each other in that garb, right? And in that hallway in a long time. It was so much fun."

Berkley, 42, who played Jessie Spano, found her way back to the hallway of Bayside High on Feb. 4. In a stunt organized by Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show, she reunited with her costars Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Zack Morris), Tiffani-Amber Thiessen (Kelly Kapowski), Mario Lopez (A.C. Slater), and Dennis Haskins (Mr. Belding).
"[It was] emotional in a good way of just kind of seeing how far we've all come," the Dancing With the Stars alum told Meredith Vieira. "Really I was excited for the aftermath, which was so much fun. People in the airports and grocery stores, people coming up... it really meant a lot to people."

"I think we didn't realize the value of what this show has meant," Berkley added. "There's an innocence and that innocence is getting lost. There's something about giving that back... their childhood."
Berkley and her Saved by the Bell costars dusted off their original characters for The Tonight Show reunion, playing the Bayside High students in a skit that quickly went viral with fans. The classic show aired its final episode, aptly titled "Graduation" in May 1993, before inspiring the spin-off series, The College Years.
