While we remember them looking almost identical, it seems age has shown huge differences - and some fans are worried it could be down to surgery
Childhood star Mary-Kate Olsen has grown up - and while she used to look just like her twin sister Ashley, the pair look dramatically different now.
Appearing together on the red carpet at the 2014 World Of Children Awards in New York on Thursday, the pair were noticeably different as Mary-Kate appeared completely different to how we remember her.
Remember when we couldn't tell them apart on Two of a Kind? Those days are gone.
Showing off more defined features, Mary-Kate, 28, was shorter than her sister and appeared to have totally different cheek bones and jaw line - sparking worry among fans she had gone under the knife.
One wrote on Twitter: "I'm so saddened by Mary-Kate Olsen's plastic surgery decisions," while another added: "Can't believe how bad mary-Kate Olsen looks after plastic surgery!"
We have contacted Mary-Kate's reps for comment.
The pair shot to fame when they shared the role of Michelle Tanner in Full House, right up to eight-years-old.
They also starred in films It Takes Two, When In Rome and New York Minute.
Back then they appeared identical, although the pair are actually fraternal twins, which has never been as obvious as now.
Mary-Kate is rumoured to have secretly married her boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy last month.
